BEST LOCATION! Just 200 feet to the beach boardwalk, closer than many oceanfront hotels! This small efficiency apartment at AVA Cocoa Beach offers modern coastal luxury in a quiet 10-unit boutique property. We've also got you covered with beach gear and onsite laundry facilities. Turn right for the Cocoa Beach Pier, or left for rockets and cruise ships! With 2,000+ 5-star reviews and beach gear provided, your perfect beach getaway awaits.

Should you need anything while you are at Atlantic View Apartments "AVA Cocoa Beach", it is best to message us. A text message will be sent to us from the App, so we can respond as quickly as possible. Usually, we will have someone onsite during the mornings.

A quiet residential area within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, activities, and of course only steps to the beach.

An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is on the front door, so you can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit.

This VERY small efficiency will give you the modern luxury you want to enjoy your vacation: quartz countertops, original art work, stainless steel appliances, shiny terrazzo floors and beautiful tile accents.

We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with a flat screen TV, stainless steel appliances and small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., as well as cable and high speed internet.

There are two chairs and a table right outside the unit and nearby a beautiful deck with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, an onsite complimentary laundry room, a bike rack and an outdoor shower.

We ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building with complimentary beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! :) We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax.

We are also within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining!

A car is the best way to get around Cocoa Beach, but if you don't have one there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. Uber is easily accessible or there is a car rental/bike rental place nearby and bike paths throughout Cocoa Beach. There is also a Cocoa Beach trolley service that runs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Port Canaveral to 13th Street in Cocoa Beach (passing right by McKinley 1 block west).

My stay was great! The location was perfect—just a block from the beach, which made it easy to spend plenty of time by the ocean. The room was very clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It was also close to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping, making it super convenient to grab a bite to eat or pick up anything I needed. Overall, it was the perfect spot for both enjoying the beach and having access to the surrounding area. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice, clean close to all amenities. Have not had to fill out extra form at other VRBO, not to difficult just need to remember to fill it out. Don’t try the door code 2 minutes before check in creates problem with code. Otherwise beautiful and it was a great stay.

Great location

This place was just right for my wife and I. It is very compact but designed to meet all your needs. Just a short walk to the beach and they provide everything you need for a day at the beach. Also the outdoor community space was very inviting. Parking is tight but space for one car per room. Would stay again but to small for long stays. A week was fine.

This property is gorgeous -the photos do not do it justice. Check in was easy and quick. Property is very clean, comfortable and super close to the beach. Would absolutely stay there again and would recommend 100%!

Excellent Location

This is a great place to stay! The chairs and beach equipment that anyone staying there have access to are really nice to have and convenient for a day at the beach. It is just a short walk to the beach and a quiet area. We were a little nervous about our vacation because a hurricane went through the area just a few days before our arrival, but the owner was great at communicating with us before and during our stay. Definitely recommend staying here. We will be back.

Perfect location

You can not top this location. It’s less than 10 minutes from everything. The walk from the beach is extremely convenient. Just beware space is extremely limited. My only complaint would be the extremely tiny shower, but understanding it is an efficiency home.

Beautiful - Small Condo

I was so thankful when I got to this stay. Right when I walked in, everything looked clean and exactly like the pictures that are posted. The walk to the beach was incredibly short so it wasn't a big deal to run back to grab lunch or drinks throughout the day. There is also laundry, a community area to hangout outside, and a room with beach supplies to borrow. I would absolutely book this rental again if I am ever back in Cocoa Beach. I have nothing but amazing things to say. The communication with the hosts was quick and they were very helpful. The towels and bedding were of higher quality than other places that I have rented which I appreciated. You are definitely getting a cozy place to stay here. Highly Recommend!

Small but fantastic

Great location, great amenities and very clean. The parking is steps away as is the laundry shed with very nice washers and dryers. There is also a shed with coolers, and beach things. I loved the small touches like hand painted decor. The linens and towels are also nice. I was worried about the murphy bed, but it slept great. It was a little soft for me, but I am a sleep number 90. My stay was very quiet and super convenient.

Just as pictured and advertised. Great little walk to beach. Properties were just as pictured and advertised. We got to see several of the rooms. All were a great experience. Everything was quality linens and thoughtful. The lending items for gays, wagons, and beach chairs were so nice to have. Communications with the property were fast and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Beach getaway

Very clean and updated as shown in pictures. Small space but had all the essentials! Beach equipment was super useful and saved us a big hassle and money! Only complaint is the water pressure—for a gal with thick hair I had to finish washing my hair in the kitchen sink. Otherwise, great stay!
