Continue enjoying the day by using the bbq while watching the beach activities. Don't forget your camera to catch all these memories.

The living room has an expansive window with ocean view with pool-out couch. The master bedroom has ocean view and a king size bed, T.V., mini fridge, sink area with separate entrance. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the living room. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds.

Within easy reach of Thousand Island Conservation Area, Cocoa Beach Skate Park, and Cocoa Beach Country Club, this Cocoa Beach vacation home is located by the ocean and set on the beach.
Many restaurants in vicinity Kennedy Space Center , 45 minutes to Orlando airport.

This was our second trip to Cocosands7. The location is the best thing about this property. It is on a relatively quiet road with neighbors but no resorts/hotels on either side. My only issue on both stays was the cleanliness. The bathrooms and beds were clean but the rest of the house needs a deep clean. Dusty and floors made my socks very brown at the end of the day. Better housekeeping would have made our stay better. Having the ocean steps away did help us not sweat the small stuff.

Perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Location to the beach was exactly what I was looking for and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals and dining inside or out on the patio. We all loved our stay!

Excellent for Family

Amazing access to the beach. Beautiful morning dune and ocean view of sunrise. Amazing for our family with 4 young children with being able to just walk out to th beach. We saw a rocket launch, too!

Amazing place

So clean, close to the beach, private, really nice layout to the house, my family of 4 children and my husband and I really enjoyed it! There are also lots of good cafes and restaurants close by, but the house itself is not in an overcrowded area. The shared porch was never an issue here, all the neighbors are so friendly.

Lovely retreat!

This property was amazing and the area is just beautiful! Communication from the property manager was exceptional. The beach was lovely and we found lots of shells. The unit itself was clean and nicely appointed, and the view could not have been better. We would definitely stay again!

Best friends

This was our 10th annual girls trip. Place was spacious, outside patio & deck was great & we had easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes & utensils. Plenty of Beach chairs, umbrellas & toys. One thing however…. AC was programmed for 78 degrees and tho we tried to cool the place it didn’t work, was too warm esp. at night sleeping. That was our only issue. We would return here & highly recommend for families

Amazing Location

I cannot say enough about our stay here. The host was fantastic to work with and very accommodating. The condo has breathtaking views and is literal steps away from the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances. There was plenty of room in the living room as well as that unbelievable ocean view. We loved the outdoor back patio area. We enjoyed lunch at the picnic table and coffee with a view in the mornings. The kids absolutely loved that the condo was already stocked with beach toys and boards. We will definitely be staying at CocoSands again and I would highly recommend staying!!

Great stay at the beach!

Unit 7 is a great place to stay with the family. Lots of space for everyone and a great view of the beach from the patio. The property had all the supplies and toys we needed for days at the beach. We look forward to staying here again for our next beach vacation!

False advertising and inaccurate pictures

We arrived to find the outdoor patio space was not private as I was told by the property manager. #7 coco sands shares the patio with a large raised deck pergola for the 6 other cottages on the property. The pictures are not accurate b/c they don’t show this shared raised pergola. I emailed the property manager prior to my arrival inquiring about the privacy of the patio several times and she failed to inform me about sharing the space. I requested an immediate refund and left the property 20 minutes after arriving. It was a very disappointing experience and is a poorly managed property when you get get the truth from the manager.

A little of everything

Our visit to FL had a full agenda. This property and its location was perfect for all of us. From the well equipped kitchen for those with food allergies, the variety of beach supplies, to the multiple bathrooms for teenage girls. It was wonderful and we look forward to returning!

Great stay for our multigenerational family!

Literally steps from the ocean, perfect for my teenage boys and my older parents. This was our second time staying here and will definitely be back! Clean, spacious and tons of beach gear stocked and ready!

Fabulous time

Felt like home away from home. Enjoyed grilling on the large patio each day. Full kitchen with dishwasher made entertaining easy. Every kid and adult beach toy imaginable provided in an organized shed space, including sand chairs and umbrellas. Had one hang up with the Wifi connection that was resolved very quickly by the responsive staff. Many memories made exploring the beach and wildlife with my children, including being able to see many sea turtle hatchlings trek to the water. Breath taking sunrises. Quiet beach front, and plenty of fun to be had in the ocean!
