Back home, the game room is waiting: pool table, arcade, piano, and a coffee bar for the morning after. Three bedrooms, two baths, a guest suite, and room for eight, with beach chairs and towels already waiting for you.



ABOUT THIS SPACE

Cocoa Beach Serenity is a single-level home built for togetherness with a little breathing room. It is really two homes in one: a main house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a living room and a kitchen, joined by connecting doors (a lock on each side, like adjoining hotel rooms) to a 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest suite with its own entrance, small living room and kitchen. Open them up for one big crew or lock them for privacy.



The main house

• The Ocean Room has a king adjustable bed and a smart TV.

• The Palm Room has a queen adjustable bed and a smart TV.

• The open living room, kitchen and dining area flow together, so the cook is never cut off from the conversation. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room handles extra guests.

• The kitchen has a stainless refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle and coffee maker, with a dining table that seats six.

• The coffee bar has a pod coffee maker, mugs and a glowing neon sign. Coffee is supplied, so the first cup is on the house.

• The bathroom has a tub/shower, a lit mirror, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap.



The guest suite

The Seahorse Room has a queen bed and a smart TV. The sitting area has a daybed with a twin trundle, another TV, and its own full kitchen and bathroom with a walk-in shower.



Games and gathering

The game room is the heart of the house: a full-size pool table (its dining top goes on when it's time to eat), a two-player multi-game arcade machine, a foosball coffee table and a digital piano. A dedicated workspace with a small desk keeps remote work possible, and Wifi, air conditioning and ceiling fans keep everyone comfortable.



Your private backyard

The fenced backyard is where the trip happens: an outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, refrigerator and stone bar with stools, a four-person hot tub, a hanging egg chair, Adirondack chairs and shade from a big tree. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water and a bamboo surround.



Beach gear and bikes

The garage is stocked with surfboards, beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, toys, an ice chest and a wagon to haul it all, plus a tandem bike and a small home gym. Washer and dryer are here too, so wet towels never have to wait.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR

• Family friendly stays: a pack 'n play, high chair, children's dinnerware, books, toys and board games are here, and the kids can burn off energy in the game room or the backyard.

• A group trip of two families or friends: the main house and guest suite connect or separate, so everyone gets a bedroom, a bath and a kitchen to call theirs.

• Beach and surf lovers: boards, beach chairs, towels and bikes are included, so you can pack light.

• Remote workers and longer stays: a dedicated workspace, Wifi and a washer and dryer make it easy to settle in, and long-term stays are welcome.

• Entertainers: the pool table, arcade, foosball, outdoor kitchen and hot tub make evenings easy to plan.



GUEST ACCESS

You have the entire property to yourselves: the main house, the guest suite, both kitchens, all bathrooms and the whole backyard. Check-in is self check-in with keyless entry. You will get unique codes for the front door of the main house and the side door of the guest suite before you arrive. For maintenance and supplies, a small supply closet and the garage on the guest suite side of the house stay locked.



PARKING

Free parking is on the property, with a driveway at the front of the house. A Ring camera overlooks the driveway and front entrance, so your vehicle has an extra set of eyes while you are at the beach. Park once, unload at the front door, and walk to the sand and the pier. HOUSE RULES

• Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. An early check-in or late check-out may be available, and fees may apply.

• Up to 8 guests stay in the home.

• A rental agreement per the city of Cocoa Beach is required before you arrive.

• A Ring camera covers the driveway and front entrance outside.

• Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed. Please never disable them.

• Please treat the home the way you would like to find it, and tell us if anything needs attention during your stay.
