    A dos pasos del famoso muelle Cocoa Beach, este condominio frente al mar de 1500 pies cuadrados es el lugar perfecto para su escapada. El condominio cuenta con 3 amplias habitaciones, 2. 5 baños, una gran cocina de concepto abierto, comedor, sala de estar y un balcón distribuido en 2 niveles.

    Ha sido completamente actualizado e incluye un 52 "TV LCD, porcelanato en todo, cocina renovada y viene con todas las sábanas, toallas y suministros de playa que usted y su familia que alguna vez necesitaría.

    Usted puede ver a sus hijos en la gran piscina frente al mar climatizada o simplemente disfrutar de las vistas y los sonidos de la playa y el océano todo desde su gran balcón privado. Cocoa Beach Club 206 es un ejemplo perfecto de cómo no tiene que comprometerse con la ubicación y el estilo. ¡Puede tenerlo todo!

    Aunque el listado dice "no hay reembolso", entendemos que las cosas surgen. Si tiene que cancelar su reserva y nos notifica al menos 30 días antes del check in o antes, no cobraremos la segunda mitad del pago.

Fantastic space to enjoy all the luxuries of a beach home! A plethora of beach equipment, quiet area, steps away from the beach and the option of a pool right at your doorstep! My family of 7 (5kods) really loved it.

Loved our stay, this is one of best managed places we have stayed at. I place on coming back again, family friendly, clean and great location steps to ocean and great view of the space flights.

Great vacation spot!

We loved the condo and property. The condo was roomy, clean, nicely decorated. The pool was very nice, and the beach was great - family friendly, beautiful. We’ll stay at Cocoa Beach Club again.

The condo was everything we expected. Very bright, clean, and had everything you could need for a few days; ie toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, garbage bags, etc. We will stay here again for sure.

We stayed here in May 2022. The room was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. Perfect location for us and the view was amazing. Would definitely stay here here again and recommend to anyone who has teens or early 20's children with them. We all enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again.

Very cute and clean spot! Plenty of space for two teens and two adults! The condo had everything we needed and the beach out front was great! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the couch has seen better days and there is no breeze on the porch!

Great condo!

We absolutely loved our time in 206. Large space with all the amenities we needed. Well stocked kitchen with appliances and cooking utensils. Great view of the ocean from our balcony. Very clean!

Awesome family vacay!!

We had an amazing week! We had a small issue and it was immediately and promptly handled. The place was awesome- we have four kids ages 4-13 and it was defiantly a vacation to remember. Awesome beach and awesome place to stay!!!

Wonderful place - amazing management

Great unit with lots of space - right on the beach with an ocean view. Management will always bend over backwards to make you comfortable. We've now visited twice, and are sure we'll be back again soon.

Perfect Spot!

Steps away from beach access & a spacious unit with all we needed for a week's stay (including so much beach equipment/games in the storage closet)! Cocoa Beach Club was a perfect spot for our family beach trip & we could definitely see ourselves coming back! Host was communicative when necessary & self check-in was quick & easy! So much to do in the area. Would definitely recommend!

Furnishings were very tired. Could have been more thoroughly cleaned. Master bed far too low to floor. Pool was very well maintained with plenty of seating. Location on beach was excellent.

Cocoa Beach Life

We loved Cocoa Beach Club and enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was right on the beach with a large pool and all amenities we could ask for. It was clean and spacious and well stocked with kitchen utensils, beach gear, linens, and towels. Our family of six (with two kids under 5) were comfortable. Zareh was super helpful and responsive to every question we had about the unit and the area. We would love to come back!

Perfect for kids and pets!

The best!! Our condo unit was updated, clean, very spacious, and had all the amenities you could possibly need. It also included a washer/dryer in the unit, which was a vacation game-changer since we have small kiddos! The complex itself is incredibly well cared for, from the pool and everywhere else in between. If you are looking for a family-friendly, pet-friendly, AND quiet place to spend your vacation, this is it!
