The motel could be better. There’s a whole bunch of unmatched indoor type of chairs and sofas outside the rooms that make the place feel getto. We arrived early hoping to be able to get our suitcases checked in so we can enjoy the beach but there was no one at the front desk even though the sign said the person would be there at 10am. She arrived around 11:30am. When another guest called the number posted, the man who answered was extremely rude to her. Once the lady who runs the place arrived, she apologized and was friendly and held our bags so we can enjoy the beach. We were able to get our rooms at 2:30pm the earliest.

For the price we paid for this stay we were extremely disappointed. From the moment we pulled in the driveway it was quite clear we had been misled by the online information. The building it’s very run down. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable, the ceiling and walls were very discoloured and patchy with posters thumb tacked to the walls. The toilet was not bolted down properly and leaked on the floor. The location is not near any amenities and dispite what the website says, there is not one vending machine. The beach is very close so that was a bonus. As for staff, it’s impossible to rate someone that we never saw. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t meet an employee. Had this place been half as expensive, we may have felt a bit differently, but still, would be pushing it. We would not recommend.

Only overnight stay but it was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Cute boutique hotel needs some repairs in both the interior and exterior.

You need to drive from Anthony's to get to food and stores, but access to the beach is wonderful. There is also a covered place to sit back from the beach and watch the waves.

I was very disappointed in the way we were treated trying to check in. Two handicapped women traveling together, one with leg brace and cane, the other with a walker, we arrived a couple hours early from the airport, before the 3pm check in but the office was locked. Sign stated the staff hours open til 5pm but the office was locked. No one was around anywhere. We stood outside a bit and then called the phone # on the sign and a rude man answered. ‘It’s not my fault you arrived early.’ ‘Just park and wait til 3.’ I told him we were handicapped and unable to stand outside the bldg, didn’t have a car and had just arrived from the airport. ‘You’ll have to sit in the hallway and wait. It’s not my fault you arrived early.’ We were on the outside of the bldg and looked about and had no idea what he meant because we saw no chairs and no hallway. We asked where the hallway was? ‘It’s not my fault you don’t know what a hallway is.’ ‘Someone will be there at 3:00.’ I’ve never spoke to someone so rude. After hanging up the phone we looked about and decided he meant for us to sit outside the first floor rooms where a couple of chairs sat outside each room. This must be the hallway? We found a chair and waited, after a bit a kind gentleman arrived saying the room would be ready shortly, they were being cleaned. We expected to wait a short while after arriving a little early but was not expecting such rude hateful treatment by staff when trying to check in.

The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable; that's it. Very little pressure on the shower, barely enough to get wet. We were able to connect the tv to the internet but could not open any of the aps, kept getting error message. The internet was too weak for streaming and kept turning on and off on the iPad. Service was non-existent. They are contactless to the point there is no staff anywhere to be found. The front office was closed, lights out when we arrived around 4:45. And the phone number provided to "call if you need anything" went straight to voicemail. I would not stay there again.

It was close to downtown , restaurants, Ron Jon Surf shop. It is quaint but has everything you need. Felt safe. Steps to the beach. Affordable. Hot water always there.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a few days as part of a trip this place will do. Many people I talked to stay here before a cruise or on their way somewhere else. Everything is done online, not much in person contact. Older place, but they’ve managed to make it work. Beautiful beach, says they have beach chairs, but they are old ones you can take to the beach or you can sit on a wooden patio in better chairs. The beach itself is awesome! The room was clean, nice shower, ok bed, perfect for our 2 night stay. Doors are key lock that were a little different and parking was free, unlike many other hotels I checked out. I love that Expedia includes all charges, including taxes, so you know what you’re getting right up front. I’d definitely stay here again for a short stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, excellent location. The room was a bit basic but it was clean and had everything we needed, the the access to the beach was fabulous along with the roof terrace. It was a super vase for out 2 days in Cocoa Beach :-)

La chambre etait propre, le personnel courtois et l’emplacement est vraiment située sur la plage ce qui est vraiment merveilleux. Seul point negatif est qu’on entend les vehicules circuler sur la route mais ca ne nous a pas vraiment derangés

This had everything I wanted and needed - the walk out right to the beach was perfect and it was in a slightly more secluded area. Rooms were basic but nice, I appreciated the nicer shower. The check in and out process was super easy.

Room in great condition, best amenities bidet and all. Needs to work on curbside appeal. Stuff everywhere to make you feel uncomfortable upon arrival. 😂 Enclose the trash grill area.

We stayed in Room 114 and immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. There were also live roaches on the floor — we saw four during our short stay. Due to cleanliness concerns, we left after 1.5 hours. Management never responded to our questions, which made the experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend staying here.
Roaches are everywhere.
