The host and property were great. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance and it's right on the beach. Everything was as expected and we enjoyed it.

Great for families with small children as there is plenty of room, toys, washer and dryer, full kitchen and more! We felt safe at this condo and the view was worth every penny!

This condo was perfect for our vacation. It has easy access to the beach and also walking distance to bars and restaurants. We barely had to even drive anywhere. The place was super clean and the host was extremely quick responding when we had any questions. Not that we had a lot though. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The host, Danny, was so attentive to all our needs! The unit is very roomy, and the view right on the ocean is spectacular! The location is so convenient too, so we always walked to excellent restaurants Danny recommended. The condo is well-stocked with everything we needed. Great place to enjoy Cocoa Beach!! The Air and Water Show was a GREAT SURPRISE and we had first class seats right there!! The balcony is huge too!

Everything was wonderful for our stay! I have rented many homes and you never know what it will be like until you check in. Danny's place was perfect for someone flying in from out of town- he had the basics there ready for us (ex: toilet paper, dish pods, laundry pods) and he had plenty of beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The main door has to be opened remotely, and he was so understanding when we arrived later than planned. The condo is beautiful and is in a very walkable area. We would def stay in Danny's home again!

First Timer

Our first trip to Cocoa Beach was amazing! Danny’s place was beautiful and he was a very responsive host. The location was perfect as there are so many places within walking distance. We highly recommend staying here!

A nice beachfront condo with great views, indoor parking, a fully stocked kitchen, and walkable to numerous restaurants and bars. Has AC for those hot days, but no heat for those cold nights.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this stay! The condo itself is completely up to date and beautifully decorated. They supplied everything that we needed for the beach and made sure that it was a worry free and relaxing vacation. We will be booking again for our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

Great spot that has it all

We really enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach! This condo was a great size for our family of 4. We loved the direct beach access, the beachside balcony, the aesthetics of the space, and the location was walkable to all kinds of restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Spring Break with Family

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is beautifully decorated with very thoughtful additions for its guests. The property is right on the beach and being able to see/hear the ocean is such a gift. The owner was super communicative and responsive to any inquiries. We would absolutely stay here again!
