Welcome to our lovingly furnished holiday apartment – a Mediterranean retreat nestled in the heart of Cochem’s picturesque old town. Spanning 90 sqm, this elegant space is located in a historic townhouse dating back to 1896 – a place full of charm and character, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your stay.

Situated on the second floor, the apartment offers stylish, high-quality furnishings and everything you need for a carefree holiday. Two cozy bedrooms, a light-filled living room, and a modern, fully equipped high-gloss kitchen with dishwasher and a charming country-style dining area for six invite you to feel at home.

The larger bedroom features a comfortable double bed with two premium cold foam single mattresses (90 x 200 cm each) and a spacious wardrobe. A quiet ceiling fan ensures restful nights in the warmer months. The second bedroom also has a quality double bed (160 x 200 cm), a firm cold foam mattress, and ample storage – again with a whisper-quiet ceiling fan.

The generous living room includes a comfortable sofa set for 5–6 people, a flat-screen TV, and a Bluetooth tower for your entertainment.

In the modern kitchen, nothing is missing – cook, relax, and enjoy meals together at the large dining table with space for six.

A daylight bathroom with washing machine adds further convenience.

And the highlight: the spacious rooftop terrace, shared with one other holiday apartment, offering a beautiful view of the vineyard rising behind the house – a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of Moselle wine at sunset.

The holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic old town house dating back to 1896. For this reason, climbing stairs is necessary.

Due to its location in the historic town center, there is no parking available at the house. You can conveniently park at the City Parking, which is just a 5-minute walk away, for only 5.00 euros per day

Apartment was just as we expected. Clean and perfectly located in the city center close to shops and restaurants. High ceilings and large rooms made the space feel large. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms was a bonus.

Ich habe ein sehr schönes Wochenende mit meinen Freundinnen in Cochem verbracht. Die Hausverwalterin war herzlich, die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt. Wer nachts lärmempfindlich ist, sollte Ohrstöpsel tragen. Ansonsten heißt es nur wohlfühlen und genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt, für Ausflüge perfekt, aber nachts ist es teilweise laut im kleineren Schlafzimmer. Durch Jugendliche oder Leute die keine Nachtruhe kennen. Im größeren Schlafzimmer hingegen hört man nichts. Trotzdem würden wir erneut buchen weil die Lage ist top.

Sehr schöne große und saubere Wohnung die mit liebe eingerichtet wurde. Leider stand uns während des Aufenthaltes nur eines der Bäder zur Verfügung. Das hat aber nicht gestört. Die Verwalterin der Wohnung ist sehr sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns mit ihr und dank ihr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Gegenüber der Wohnung wurde ein 24 Stunden Automaten-Laden eröffnet. Dort wird gerade Nachts viel lärm gemacht. Dies stört auch die Anwohner sehr. Schade das es diesen schönen Bereich der Stadt so unruhig macht. Wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen, da für uns alles andere gestimmt hat.

Wir waren über das Wochenende mit Freunden in Cochem und uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Johanna kümmert sich sehr gut um die Wohnung und hat ein Händchen für die Details, die einem das Gefühl geben zuhause zu sein. Auf der Dachterrasse konnten wir gut frühstücken und abends den Tag ausklingen lassen. Jedem, der nach Cochem will, kann ich diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. :)

Erst einmal vielen Dank an Fr. Behse, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen und jeden Wunsch erfüllt hat! Eine bessere Verwalterin kann man sich vor Ort nicht wünschen! Die Wohnung war sehr groß, sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Die Lage, mitten im Zentrum ist gerade für "fußfaule" echt super. Alles ist schnell und einfach erreichbar. Trotzdem muss ich einen Stern abziehen, denn eins der zwei versprochenen Badezimmer war außer Betrieb und da hätten wir uns schon eine kurze Nachricht vorab vom Vermieter gewünscht. Wir waren für zwei Tage/eine Nacht zu sechst und das war mit dem kleinen Bad schon grenzwertig. Außerdem gibt es genau gegenüber des Hauses einen sogenannten Automatenladen. Eine tolle Erfindung, weil man dort auf die Schnelle alles bekommt, was das Herz begehrt. Von frischen Eiern bis zu sauren Gurken und Bonbons, alles kann aus den Automaten gezogen werden. Wäre super, wenn, ja wenn dieser Laden nicht 24 Std auf und ab 1 Uhr nachts eine irre Anziehungskraft auf Feierwütige hätte, die sich dort Alkohol ziehen und dann lautstark, stundenlang Party machen! Das war tatsächlich etwas anstrengend und hatte nichts mit der Lautstärke zu tun, die wir aufgrund der Lage sowieso erwartet hatten. Trotzdem haben wir die Tage sehr genossen und werden uns die Adresse auf jeden Fall merken!

Location is ideal, only parking or unloading the car is very difficult, so pack light and easy. In the beautifull city centre, good restaurants, very nice lady who helps you out with everything. Just to mention the apartment is on the 2nd floor 4 steps up and roofterrace is not private and another floor up, so not attached. Further on we had an amazing time as always in Cochem
