浴室里放了两瓶身体乳，一瓶放在淋浴间洗头水和沐浴露中间，没有护发素，很明显是搞错了，连续住了五个晚上都没有更改，说明相关职员粗心。 前台职员（同一位亚裔女子），明明在4月15号与客户用非常流利的中文交流（因为房间水管无法供应冷水，洗浴时只有极热的水），到了4月17号在处理客户咨询时说自己不会中文，一直用英文。态度不友善
