"This is such an amazing gem of a property and is exactly what I’ve needed. Been here multiple times and each time just solidifies the amazing solitude and services this resort has to offer. Great price, wonderful guests, and location is perfectly nestled in-between several restaurants and amenities if you want to slip away to a good dinner."

"AC was not working. Took a while to get one brought in. Owner was nice but just time we were there the furnace was broken. I like the house and the location but it needs some work. The outside is dirty, the outside trash cans were overflowing. The shower head was not very good. There's no hair dryer. Maybe I'm too picky but...."

"We had a wonderful one-night stay at this waterfront home. The location is unbeatable: right on the lake with mountain views and a private dock, and it made a perfect home base for a show at Cache Creek Winery. The host was excellent, quick to respond with clear check-in instructions, and the place was spotless when we arrived. Comfortable beds, everything we needed for the weekend, and easy to find. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Clear Lake."

"If it weren’t for the kindness of the host, who accommodated us for an early check-in and late checkout, I would’ve given this zero stars. The inside has rotting walls with actual holes, you can smell the mold and in one of the bedrooms it smelled so toxic like cat urine and chemicals - no one could sleep in there. The...
