Other details to note:
There are no interior stairs between the two levels. The downstairs has an easy-to-access kitchenette and walk in shower. To access the main living area upstairs you must use one of the two outdoor staircases.
We have driveway parking to accommodate up to seven vehicles. Please do not park vehicles in the grass due to underground drain lines and irrigation that can be severely damaged.
No large parties or gatherings will be permitted. We ask you be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet time outside the home between 9pm and 7am.
