"Property is right on the beach but not all rooms have a view of haystack rock. Sound tends to travel between rooms. Many kids when we were there. Everyone got a complimentary beverage at check in which was nice."

"Wonderful place with walking access to beaches and food. Only bummer was we didn’t know about the $35/pet fee per night. This brought our total up another $140 for 2 nights. I searched for a fee on Expedia before we went so it was a shock when we arrived.. Also, our pet friendly room was far away from the pet area for them to relieve themselves. We had to cross the parking lot with 2 puppies. Hope to come back when the puppies do not need to go out every hour. I would highly recommend...

"It's a nice property right in the middle of the tourist section of Seaside. Park the car, check in, and walk to the beach plus many good stores, restaurants, bars. It's annoying that it was almost twice as expensive as last year at this time. As with any hotel, the morning coffee is meh at best, from here it's worth the block walk to bagels by the sea for coffee (I am in no way affiliated with bagels by the sea)."

"This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message."

"The staff were great! Friendly, helpful and welcoming. Served up a good drink and crepe for dinner. The room was clean, and even the hide-a-bed was comfortable. As the weekend came, they were almost full, but it was still pretty quiet. Older style, but room worked well. Walking distance to beach and all the shops. "

We got poured on and we're able to dry our sweatshirt in the dryer on our floor which was helpful before my daughters game. "Pet friendly motel; however, only one pet allowed. This information was not available on Expedia when booking. They were kind enough to allow our other dog since they were both under 10 lbs. Room was okay. It was clean, but a used towel was left in the shower and the “clean” towels; one was dirty. A couple of the outlets were broken and a huge gap under the door. It served its purpose for a place to stay within our budget."
