"Everything was great but we could hear loud noises every now and then coming from the “staff only” room/door"

"This was the cleanest room we stayed in along our travels. We were very happy with the view or the harbor amd the fireplace was a great addition. The bed was very comfortable too. It would have been awesome to have some kind of breakfast included but it didn't take away from our stay. Overall a great stay. We will for sure be back as we did not get to explore as much as we hoped."

"The property was run down with rooms that smell musty. Several items were broken and damaged in our two rooms, like a crack toilet seat that pitched. The hotel parking lot had active all night long. The staff were young and out of it. Will never stay here again, especially with kids. "

"Location is amazing. Love the free breakfast. The pool was a little hot compared to normal temp. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Easy check in and out. We've stayed here before and will be back. I think the only thing is not sure why family rooms weren't on the bottom floor, as we were on the bottom and can hear kids running and jumping above us. Not that it was a big deal to us. We enjoyed our stay."

"I would stay here again for a few reasons; 1) the breakfast is well done, saves time and expense, 2) indoor heated pool was super clean, 3) 24 hr lobby coffee, and 4) the staff is so kind (and under staffed - one person is doing the job of three) at all times with a smile. Yes, the entire place needs to be refurbished. The hot tub looked gross and was broken.
