"The stay was below average. The woman who checked us in was nice but the room was way less than what I expected. It was clean but the bathroom light was pretty much broken as well as the shower door was also broken, the ac barely worked (it was really hot so I understand a little bit) but it was miserable to sleep in the heat of the room, the room itself was not in good condition and it was so much smaller than the pictures. We found a roach as well. On top of that I would not recommend this...

Had to spray the Lysol and scent sprays. Other than that everything was so convenient in walking distance. I appreciated they had a center where you can rent wheelchairs & scooters right next to the property. Which made everything so good. Will go there again!"

"Upon checking in I handed my ID to the front desk employee and then ran my credit card for incidentals. I was surprised I was then charged $1500 for the 5 days I reserved through Expedia and already paid for. I explained to the front desk employee I had already paid through Expedia but she was adamant I did not pay and made no other attempt to confirm that I had. Thankfully I had brought my reservation paperwork where another employee had to intervene and correct the issue. The overall...

"The room was clean and nice. I liked having the kitchen available in our room. I wish there were a bit more utensils to use in the kitchen though. Besides that the room was great, we even had a partial ocean view which was great. My kids enjoyed the pool it was cold after a while in the indoor pool but we made it work. Great stay !"
