"Super cute, modern condo in the perfect downtown Salida downtown. The condo was great for my daughter and I. It is right next to the Boat House restaurant and walkable to everything which is what we were after. We only stayed one night but it seemed to be well equipped. There was a little noise from people outside in the evening which may be an issue for some so this might not be the right location for everyone. I appreciated the updated styling of the room and it was nice and bright. "

"Property was beautiful, clean and met our needs. It is listed online as a 4-bedroom but in fact there were only three but it was enough for our needs. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, what a treat. We appreciated the lilttle welcoming items and found everything we needed. The location was beautiful and centrally located to all of our activities. Our only issue was the fire alarm in the living room seemed a little sensitive it went off a couple of times while we were cooking."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The area was great. The cabin was clean, well stocked, and very pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again."

"We rented this as the groomsmen’s house for our daughter’s wedding at Howard Creek Farm. It was the perfect choice. The location is great, close to the venue and importantly, right on the river. The guys caught a crazy number of fish on each trip into the river. The house was clean, comfortable, a nice home. The guys had a great time. Lora and Mary communicate very well and are very kind. We could not have asked for anything more."

"I took my 84 year old mom on a driving tour of Colorado to show her our beautiful state. She loved every bit of it and we really loved the condo! It was clean, updated and the hosts were extremely friendly helpful and responsive!"

"This house was perfect for exploring Salida and the surrounding area!- Fantastic location - an easy walk to both downtown Salida and to restaurants on Rainbow Blvd.- House was in great shape and very clean- Great space both inside and outside of the home - bathroom, kitchen, and back patio were particularly nice- Quiet neighborhood- Plenty of parking"
