Welcome to The Ranch At Coachella, a private luxury 5 acre estate.

Set in the heart the Coachella Valley, this beautifully designed property is the perfect getaway for large groups. With a main house, guest house, and a gorgeous pool set on open acreage.. it's both a peaceful retreat or active getaway.

The pool chiller keeps the pool to a cool 80 degrees during the hot months of Summer, pool chiller cost $100 per day. During the Winter months the pool can be heated to 82 degrees for $150 per day, if you'd like it heated beyond that please inquire for additional fees.

Recently remodeled and refurnished, this gated property provides the feeling of luxury, set on old horse pastures with beautiful views of the Santa Rosa mountains.

The pool and main home are the heart of the property with most time spent enjoying sun at the newly built large pool and spa, cooking at the outdoor BBQ grill and ice cooler, or relaxing beneath the shade of the large covered patio The main home is an expansive newly updated luxury property with multiple gathering areas. Both homes are equipped with top of the line design details, finishes, and appliances. All beds are of the upmost quality with premium linens, sleep at the Ranch is always comfortable.

The property is centered in golf paradise with PGA West and multiple award winning golf courses within a short 10-15 minute drive.

Everything worked out perfectly. The house is well stocked and absolutely spotless. Communication was excellent and there was a clear effort to make sure our stay went well. The location was perfect for our needs. We used both the main house and guest house and the pool. Our family was town for a wedding. It was 97 degrees outside and the air conditioning was great. Would absolutely return.

We had a fantastic stay at The Ranch for a birthday gathering of longtime friends in November. There were 14 of us in total and everyone was very comfortable for a four-night stay—there’s plenty of room inside and out for folks to either gather or hide away for a little quiet time. The outdoor area—complete with a gas fire pit, pool, and giant hot tub—served as the main stage for the weekend. While the standard quiet hours and good neighbor rules still apply, the houses are set in the middle of five acres, which provides a lot of privacy (and even the freedom to play a little music while enjoying the pool – something highly restricted in so many other rentals in the valley.) Best of all, Brian is a great host—responsive, helpful, and kind. It’s clear that he is focused on ensuring that guests have a great stay and enjoy his property to the fullest. Thanks again, Brian—we’ll be back!

Best house ever! I must start by saying Brian was the best host I’ve ever had. He was so attentive, checked in with us, and was so responsive if we had any questions. Secondly, the house is gorgeous! Between the main house and guest house (which is not far at all), everyone had space to relax and enjoy.Lastly, the backyard is beautiful and so peaceful. The amount of privacy this house has is absolutely lovely. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Great spot for our golf group!

Awesome private property with plenty of room for 6 golfers. BBQ, pool, ping pong.. secluded and private. Great Coachella location. Really great host, thank you Brian! Super communicative and helpful. We had a timing issue and crossed signals and he went overboard trying to help us solve.

Beautiful Private Property

Our extended family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) stayed for a week at this wonderful property and can’t recommend it enough. There was plenty of room for our entire group, with space to spare. The outdoors were beautifully kept and offered a good amount of space for the children to run around. The entire property was very private, the pool was a hit for adults and kids and the sitting area outside under the stars was perfect. Brian was a great host and responded quickly anytime we had a question. Bunnies, birds and squirrels, you really felt surrounded by nature. We hope to return!

a perfect getaway

We were a group of 12 women going to celebrate a 60th birthday. We entered the property to go down the long driveway to a wonderful set of two homes! The kitchen was a beautiful center of the main house and we all congregated, plaYED games, used the televisions and dialed in our music...The beautiful pool and jacuzzi gave us the exact peace and lovely relaxation we needed with fun in the sun. The owner of the property could not have been more responsive to our needs and was so incredibly hospitable. We all hope to return again very soon.

Great Experience for Sports Event

We were a group of 5 moms and daughters in PS for a lacrosse tournament at the Empire Polo Club. Brian's home was perfect, in a perfect location to access the event, and he was one of the best hosts we've ever had. The layout worked very well for us, the pool/spa and amenities were wonderful, and Brian was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

This property is amazing!!! We have stayed in many VRBO properties in the desert, and this spot is by far our favorite. We were a party of 10 including grandparents and two families of 4 with kids ranging from 6 to 18.The main house has 2 master suites and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. The smaller house has 1 master suite ,and 2 additional bedrooms that share a full bath. We used both kitchens to make dinners (so we could take advantage of a full size oven and a smaller oven) and similarly used both refrigerators and freezers. The pool and hot tub were lovely and heated properly. We have never seen so many pool toys! You do not need to bring any extra (unless for an infant). There were tons of pool towels that were separate from regular bathroom towels. We were able to easily heat/cool both houses using the Nest controls. The kitchen table in the smaller house was the perfect size for card games. Most afternoons, the kids took over the living room in the smaller house to play video games. And, the kids could walk back and forth between houses whenever they wanted. Everyone felt safe and secure. I sincerely hope we get to stay at this property again!

21st bday party

This home was the perfect place for a birthday weekend. Relaxing and peaceful. Pictures don’t do it justice. It was nice to have the two homes on the property for either separate families or separation of the boys and girls. So much sleeping and immaculately kept up. We lived everything about it.

Best and beautiful stay

Can’t say enough of this property. From the moment we approach everyone’s eyes opened up and jaws dropped. This home is beautiful and I’m sure it’ll keep getting better with time. The interior was out of a magazine and everyone slept like babies with extra space to spare. Thanks again for the stay.
