"This place was extremely clean and extremely easy to access. The only issue I could see would be for someone who did not have connection to their email. The only one small issue I had was that the shower surround leaked in the corner. "

"Single traveller, using the hotel as a half way stop during a long journey. Stayed just for one night. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant were absolutely fantastic. Knew my name and used it, I felt like their most important customer, even though the hotel/restaurant seemed busy. Hotel is clean and comfortable, room (8) is small but perfect for one person unless you really want to spread out or perhaps are staying a bit longer. "Would come back to stay here anytime. We had 2 dogs West Highland Terriers. A great dog friendly bottle. Plenty of grass ears to take them out before you go to bed and first thing in the morning. Breakfast was fantastic. All needs catered for. Staff friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was great. Absolutely spotless. Thank you for a great stay😀 "

"We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time, staff are so helpful and accommodating for anything we needed and friendly. Breakfast was nice and food places in the grounds are also good food my only thing I’d say is I needed more than 2 teabags a day but again could get some from breakfast area. The facilities around the park are amazing especially the waterside as there is a speedboat, pedalos and bumper boats cost £10.90 for all 3.
