Check in war nach Anfrage schon um 13:15 möglich und beim Auschecken standen Schließfächer für das Gepäck zur Verfügung. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!"

Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app."

However, there was no safe or phone for communication which meant that every time there was an issue (not enough towels, only made one bed etc.) we would have to go down and ask them which was slightly inconvenient."

"The place was better than we were expecting, with nice amenities and well located within the city. It was a great surprise that Numa left the fridge stocked for my birthday - it is greatly appreciated! The only thing I can think of for 'improvements' would maybe be an oven and the TV to work better with the blue tooth casting as it did not work with anyone's phone - kept breaking up every 5-10 minutes. Finding the apartment initially was hard as it was not well marked along the street nor...

"Hotel bien ubicado (delante de una estacion de tren con buena combinacion, limpio y en buen estado. REPETIRIA. La limpieza de la habitacion se debe solicitar en recepción, asi como cambio de toallas, o papel higienico o recogida de basuras.... El unico inconveniente es que cuando solicitas el servicio, les cuesta llevar a cabo el servicio de los puntos solicitados."

"Das wae schon unser 2.Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel als Familie.Die Lage ist sehr zentral.Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Auch im Zimmer haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt,es war sauber und modern eingerichtet.Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und frisch mit viel Auswahl.Im nächsten Jahr sehr gerne wieder. "Zimmerreinigung findet bei längerem Aufenthalt nur nach Wunsch statt, diese muss am Vortag angemeldet werden. Ist auch o.k. bloß frische Handtücher oder Toilettenpapier gibt es nur bei Nachfrage. Beim Duschen überschwemt teilweise das Bad. Probleme mit der Klimasitierung in den Zimmern. Frühstück teilweise dürftige Auswahl an Wurst oder Schinken. Kaffee gibt es nur aus dem Automaten deshalb bilden sich oft lange Warteschlangen. Personal ist oft nett aber wir haben auch etwas anderes feststellen...

"A fantastic stay with all you need for an overnight (and longer) stay in Berlin. The check-in process was smooth and upon request on the day, the host let us check-in early, which was fantastic. An excellent location with public transport and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend that you visit the Boxhagener Platz area for dinner, drinks or a nice stroll."
