"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent for exploring New York City. It was within easy reach of Times Square and many of the major tourist attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was decent and a nice way to start the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be a good choice for its convenient location and cleanliness. Charming style! Will come back"

"La ubicacion muy buena. El lobby un poco precario, sin asientos y con un mostrador mas propio de un local de comidas rapidas. El personal del mismo como el del valet, poco colaborador y bastantes antipaticos. El acceso a las habitaciones, pese a tener un sistema de control, no es implementado y no hay personal que chequee la posesion de la tarjeta, lo cual permite que gente no alojada acceda al bar del piso 54. "Hotel is in a great location, close to all the action of Times Square, but off the main street so you get a little peace and quiet when you want some down time. Staff is very helpful and friendly, appreciate you being their customer. Everything you can need within walking distance of the hotel, subway is close, Rooms are clean, good size, great water pressure in the shower, fully functional A/C, has a fitness center, and a nice, cozy restaurant."
