"The staff were great. The place was modern and very clean. For being so new I expected a closet and an iron, which the room did not have. I made due. I also expected housekeeping for being there three nights. I saw nothing about no housekeeping. I saw a sign about reusing towels, which we did. On the last day I had to go down to request more toilet paper. The hot water is a problem. I love the green initiative but having to let the water run for 10 minutes to get warm water and have it on full...

"Clean, friendly reception & good location if you are going Ada. Great looking hotel with functional downsides. The flooring, doors & lobby area restaurant are quite loud unfortunately. Seemed to be no soundproofing between rooms. Earplugs may be helpful. Only slow EV chargers so pack your patience & plan accordingly for those who need that."

"breakfast was not worth talking about they said it was great and we had no eggs no bacon no pancakes no sauage poor menu and the pool was very cold and no hot tub thr shower water control. handle was left at the front desk it fell off into the shower and we could not control water as we had no faucet handle"

There were multiple high school boys sports teams there the weekend we were there.so the pool and workout room were completely full and not available for others to use and lots of running and yelling in the halls. There was only one working elevator so we took the stairs. The biggest issue was that there weren’t enough pillows. We had a king suite with 4 people and there weren’t any pillows for the trundle.
