The check-in and check-out process was very easy, and the service was excellent — we did not have to wait to be assisted. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and provided a great overall experience."

"There was an absolute, overwhelming obnoxious smell in the front lobby area light men’s cologne had been dumped all over the lobby. It is absolutely intolerable. As the owner of Arizona Indoor Air Quality and Enviormental Testing (AZIAQ) I was absolutely blown away at how bad the situation was for the couple of nights we stayed there. Every time you enter the facility, it is overwhelming."

"The property was close to our destination and we were greatful. I was disappointed that I had to continually repeat myself for basic needs. The parking was available and the staff was kind. Overall, I am thankful that my wife had a place to rest."

"We were not offered the option of having housekeeping enter the room. There was not a "Do Not Disturb"" sign available. I prefer to be left alone for the duration of my stay. Housekeeping entered without consent to leave new towels and make bed. Did not request the service. If anything, new coffee packages and toilet paper would have been better."
