"The room was very clean and smelled fresh. My wife and I stayed for six days, and housekeeping cleaned the room every day. It felt comfortable and welcoming, almost like being at home. The staff were extremely kind, polite, attentive, and helpful. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was very weak, and cell phone service often dropped. I will be back when I go vacation there"

"The room had a bad odor. There was an insufficient number of towels for two people. No TV Schedule guide, no paper and writing utensils in the room. No door hanger " Do Not Disturb". I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi Guest network on my personal devices. All the staff could do was say Sorry. When issues were brought to their attention. I will not be staying at a Best Western Hotel anytime soon."

"The room was spectacular, the hotel was well maintained and the breakfast was really good. We had to move out of our room into another because the air did not work, the room we were moved to was not much cooler but since we were just staying one night, we just slept hot."
