"We stayed 3 nights this past weekend until Monday in early August 2026. Everything was fine the first night but the second night our in room hotel phone was ringing at 3am. I have to say at the very least this is unacceptable that staff would allow a person not staying in the hotel to just call a room at 3am, once again 3am, not 3pm but 3am, without verifying the room number and name of the guest. When I asked the person at front desk he just blew it off saying someone was looking for a friend....

"The main elevator to my room was not working, and the receptionist pointed me to the stairs. I had to tell her I have a very heavy suitcase. I choose this hotel because of the free airport shuttle, when I got there, I found out the shuttle only works Monday to Friday and for a fee transport could be arranged on weekends. I think they need to indicate this upfront. It was an inconvenience. Also, there was a sign that housekeeping was done every 3 days."
