Det var et topp hotell for noen få dager med overnatting og helt ok frokost. Ville nok ikke valgt dette stedet med små barn. Vennlig personale og rene rom.

The hotel was lovely overall, and we would return. We especially appreciated the bottle of wine and the lovely anniversary card waiting for us in the room—it was a thoughtful touch. However, the air conditioning was set far too cold and we were freezing during the night. There were also no biscuits provided with the tea and coffee. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, including scrambled eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, bread, croissants, cereal, cheese and ham, but I found it quite bland and it wasn’t really to my taste. I mistakenly booked for one person instead of two. The hotel could not add my husbands name to the booking so I had to pay an additional £20 at the hotel. Despite these small issues, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The facility was worn but clean and the AC offered a good night’s sleep. We stayed across the street at The Drey which is complex renovated and would recommend it over the Presidential but we would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is great, as is the art in the corridors and the level of cleanliness. The only downside was that the television remote control was incredibly dirty, but this was an outlier: everything else was very clean and tidy. The shower was hot and powerful. The bed was comfortable. There is a free water dispenser in reception, which is useful, also a (paid) coffee machine and snack fridge.
