"It is magical home in a magical place. It can't be more welcoming. The house is full of light . I live the kitchen and the living room with amazing views towards the sea and the saumon fishers.I have love the time sitting at home, relaxing and enjoying the peace and the warmth atmosphere. I have love playing the piano and cooking in the big kitchen.The bedrooms upstairs are big and very comfortable.Eileen has been very nice to us.She has answered all our questions.Hope to come back again soon."

"Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen, schon im Vorfeld wurden wir liebevoll per Mail begrüßt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich. Das Haus ist urgemütlich - abends mit Kamin. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausgesprochen gut, es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man so brauchen könnte, sogar scharfe Messer!Und erst der Garten, da fehlen die Worte - ein Meer von Blumen. Und der abendliche Kräutertee aus frischer Pfefferminze schmeckte uns, ebenso das Obst aufs dem Garten.Rosi Busch, du bist eine wundervolle...

"its position could hardly be bettered, on a promontory with views to East, South, and West. We enjoyed the sound of silence, with occasional bleatings from the hillside. We took advantage of many local amenities and sites, shops, restaurants and walks, including the nearby Connemara National Park. All good!"

"The property provided us with everything we needed. While there may have been small things that would have improved our stay further we were perfectly comfortable and the location was wonderful, whatever the weather. It was also well situated to explore every corner of Co Mayo, everything being within an hour or so drive "

"Our family of 16, ages 76-4, enjoyed a wonderful week at Sunnybank house. We loved having enough room (and bathrooms!) for all I’ve rented a lot of vacation houses over the years and never been in one as well equipped! Everything you could possibly need for cooking was there It’s also walking distance (really) to several good restaurants. Clifden is the perfect location to explore Connemara and Mayo."

"The home was perfectly located next to the natiinal park. Its huge with 4 bathrooms. Everything we needed in the house was there. Extremely clean!!! Grocery store and several restaurants within minute walk. So conveniet. David was a wonderful host and met us to for keys and available if there was anything we needed. "Fabulous home and location!! Perfect for a large group including all ages. My wife, baby and I stayed in the attached studio, while my parents, mother in law, sister and nephews where in the 4-bedroom 2-bathroom main house. Incredible views no matter the weather, thanks to the full window walls. Electric window shades when we wanted privacy. Walked to the local beach. Drove three minutes to charming Louisburgh. Took 20 minute trips to Westport, Roonah Pier (ferry to Clare Island), Croagh...

"Eight of us stayed in Jimmy's home as our base for climbing Croagh Patrick. The home was sited beautifully just outside of Westport and impeccably clean. There was space for eating outdoors, which was a must given how pretty the property is. Jimmy was a great host and timely answered all questions we had before the stay. If you're looking for a cozy, beautiful home in the Westport area, you cannot do better than this property. It won "best house" in our after-trip poll. "

"Gorgeous property, stunning views and the pictures really don’t do it justice. Not one but two en-suites - great when you have teenage kids! Mary has thought of everything, there are even comfy chairs by the windows so you can just relax and take in the lovely views. There are fixed tables and benches outside - perfect for watching the sun set with a glass of wine. I can’t remember when I last felt so relaxed.Bedrooms are huge and beds are so comfy. My kids said it was the best sleep they had...
