"What a great place to stay! Cliff was a wonderful host--friendly and welcoming. Easy to contact. Quickly responsive when questioned during our settling in phase. The furniture was comfortable. The mattress was perfect. The shower was forceful. Totally quiet (for sleeping). The dog was friendly, only barked a brief hello and goodbye to us. Never heard him otherwise. Decor displays Cliff's artistic talents and we enjoyed. Stick and Stone pizza--a few blocks away--is outstanding!"

"Many minor repairs are needed. The home was as clean as it can get without renovation. Gas grill was filled with charcoal and ash. Yard is overgrown with long grass and weeds. Mattresses are as uncomfortable as sleeping on a hardwood floor. For the price and quality, I would have rather stayed at a hotel. If you like a comfortable couch and big TV, this is your place. If you value anything else about your stay, look somewhere else. "
