"Leah checked us in and was amazing!! She was so friendly and helpful!! The hotel itself could use a little updating but it was clean and we slept good. Hot tub and pool were clean. Would definitely stay again."

"Loved the cleanliness! That is always my top priority. We arrived late due to traveling. The gentleman at the desk was very welcoming. We appreciated the lemon water in the lobby and a list of local restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and white and clean. The bathroom was stocked with everything and clean and white. We felt very safe. We will most definitely be returning!"

"Wonderful hotel stay. I was in Waterloo for a conference and the hotel where the conference was held was sold out. I am so glad that I had a reservation at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff I encountered were all very nice. I especially liked that the cafe was open early. I was able to grab coffee before heading to the conference. I would stay here again. "
