Une très jolie maison, très spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié les 2 salles de bains.La maison est située au calme, la vue est superbe, le tout à proximité de Clifden et de toutes les activités de la région.

This is a beautiful, spacious home in a private quiet spot on a hill overlooking a lake. I feel we were very lucky to be able to stay here for a few days.

Lovely stay and beautiful setting

We had an excellent time on Connemara, and this house was a comfortable, beautiful home base. Beds, showers, kitchen amenities, view, and everything were lovely.

Peaceful

Just 10 minutes from Clifden, this cottages is a haven of peace and tranquility. With wild deers, hares and ponies in the fields next door.Very comfortable bed and just about everything you need.

Lovely view from the house, which was warm and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and was quite cozy. We spent most of our evenings in this room. The house is down a 1.5 km tiny road, but we only saw 2 other cars during the 4 days we were there. We saw sheep, deer, hares, and there is a friendly horse in a paddock next to the house. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Don’t bother with the clothes dryer. The drying room is awesome. I wish we had these in the US. The location makes it a good base to explore Connemara.

Spring visit

The property was beautiful and clean. I gave the location 5 stars but we enjoy being outside of town. Loved the horses and the herd of deer near the lake.

Stayed here for a week this June. House was clean and check in was a breeze. Both bathrooms upstairs are en-suite with a half bath on the main level. There is a drying press in the upstairs hallway closet (cedar shelving next to the hot water heater). Horses will come up to the fence line everyday at the same time to beg for treats. We caved and sliced up some apples for them. In addition, we did run across some escape artist sheep on the road leading up to the driveway. They will move. This house pretty much looks like a postcard of an Irish cottage. Would stay here again. The host is Mary responds quickly to any questions.

Everything was perfect ! We enjoyed a lot our holidays. The house was really great and the proprietor was very nice and helpful. We recommend.

Stunning views over loch and countryside

Perfectly located in a quiet rural sitting 10 minutes drive from Clifden. Very clean, comfortable and spacious house. We had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Cannot fault the property and would definitely stay again if in the region.

Beautiful spot, connemara ponies are your neighbors. Close to vibrant vacation village. Choose to wild Atlantic way. Perfect to unwind in quiet.

Tolle Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Ausblich auf die Landschaft ist einmalig und beeindruckend. Es liegt abseits von aller Geschäftigkeit in alleiniger Lage. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen und zur Ruhe zu finden.

Splendide maison bien située pour visiter la région des lacs

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette superbe maison. Localisation (parfaite pour visister la région des lacs), propreté, équipements, contacts avec les prioritaires, informations données, etc. Tout était parfait ! Un gros plus : la litterie de très bonne qualité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Traumhafte und ruhige Lage

Ein wunderschönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet in sehr ruhiger Lage. Nach einen langen Tag lädt die Terrasse mit Blick auf dem Teich zum Entspannen ein, am Abend kann man den Sternenhimmel beobachten sofern es das Wetter es zulässt. Die Stadt Clifden ist ca. 5 Km entfernt dort kann man sich mit allen notwendigen wie z.B. Lebensmitteln versorgen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
