"My group of 5 stayed at this beautiful property for a week and loved it! The host was very communicative and attentive to our needs. This was the perfect spot for us to chill and regroup. The beds are huge, the bedrooms are spacious, the showers are gorgeous, and the hot tub was bubbling! "

"This place was perfect for my husband and I and our friends! The view was wonderful and the chalet was as clean as you will find and very welcoming! The host, Rodney, was very welcoming and responsive! We would definitely stay again! "

"My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible."

"Our stay was superb! The house is lovely! It’s beautifully decorated and extremely clean! The train didn’t bother any of us even without the ear plugs provided by the owner. The best part was the neighborhood and close proximity to all the fun things Chattanooga has to offer families. Southside has so much to offer regarding coffee, lunch, and dinner, and the neighborhood felt so safe. The only thing I wish I had known before hand was that there are two steps separating the kitchen from the den....

"Our stay was a business leadership team retreat. The house was very comfortable for our group of 10. We could all gather around the kitchen table to work and really enjoyed the outdoor space for down time. Kitchen was well-stocked so we could easily prepare all of our meals without going out. We loved the charm of an older home that has been well-maintained with nice decor. "Adorable house and very clean. Bed was comfortable and hostess was very nice. The location of the house was quiet. The area is in a revitalize neighborhood which is coming along. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a great time in Chattanooga and this place was exactly as listed. Good location, super clean and in good condition, and easy check in / check out. We had adults and teens from 3 families and everyone had space. Would look for this place first, if we’re back in the area."

"Julio is a really wonderful host and very fast to respond to questions. The cabin is clean with comfortable couches and an open living room space to hangout. We spent a huge amount of time on the trails, but it was so nice to come back to the cool air conditioning and great showers. The large deck was a nice place to sit and enjoy the quiet countryside surroundings. There were five of us and there was plenty of space. We’ve stayed in several VRBOs in the area and will come back to this one."

"The house is perfect! Our family loved the pool table and nice furniture. We loved the nice kitchen and great bathrooms. All 3 beds were super comfy! Wonderful, clean, quiet neighborhood with lots of infill houses and close to everything. Highly reccomend! We will rent again!!"

"Our large group of 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 5 kids was comfortably accommodated in the house. The house is very well equipped, kitchen utensils, grill, smoker, hot tub, and games. The view is amazing, very quiet neighborhood to enjoy the tranquility and relax. Good, fast and prompt communication when questions came up. We didn't want to leave, looking forward to our next stay!"
