"If you want to have trees all around, then this is the place. And how can you not love the big windows with that amazing view? It’s not that far of a drive to Taos. My husband and I enjoyed being able to come back to the same place every evening for four nights. We used the grill which worked perfectly. Everything was clean, except I would recommend repairing the accordion doors between the main floor bedroom and living room. We loved our stay here!"

"The location was wonderful, just outside of Mora. The house was well furnished and had everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were comfortable, the showers were nice, the kitchen was wonderful. The house had plenty of signs and helpful tips throughout to help make the stay better. The host checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. If back in the area, we would definitely stay here again!"

"The stay here was great! The property was nicely renovated to give that historic New Mexico feel. It was cozy and a perfect location in the middle of downtown Mora. The property was clean and well maintained. The checkin process was seamless and the owners really thought of everything to make it a great stay. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting family in the area again!"

"I have stayed in log cabins before, real log cabins not prefab stuff so I know what a pain they can be maintenance wise. the logs twist and turn, its just what happens. we had more than a few drafts, but the heaters kept us warm. everyone slept well in the beds. the pond behind this place is an awesome sight in morning. it had a bunch of Canadian geese and ducks on it every morning. I took my kids and my grand kids skiing at Sipapu, they had a blast. drove up to Eagle nest in a pretty good snow...

"The place is beautiful. If you have problems with mobility I would not recommend this place. It is an old beautiful home with so much Character. The host Vicki was quick to address the Wi-Fi problem as quickly as possible. I was able to get on my work meeting after she added the mobile device. I give this place a 3 for cleanliness as there are areas that need to be tended to" plants, floors and carpet. Overall, it was a beautiful place in the mountains.
