"We booked based on reviews and realized THAT was a mistake. First & foremost-the staff was very nice, as all Minnesotans are. That was the good; now the realistic.The property is OLD and rundown. The carpeting is worn and dirty and I don't really want to think about the dirt in there ( bring slippers or socks to wear and burn them directly after the visit). "The atmosphere was awesome, very decorative and very well kept. One girl at the front desk named Patrick was awesome! He brought me a remote for my room and he even brought me a space heater b/c I was cold. The down side is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms nor do they have ice on the floors. Other than that it was great! I live that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you places though. Overall it was a good stay."

"It's a Budget friendly hotel keep that in mind . The front desk people were very nice I didn't need nothing more than check in on my visit . My room was clean looked close to the picture from the website , beautiful wall paper of Minneaplis and bed clean . "I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal."
