-West Park is a quiet west-side Cleveland neighborhood just minutes from CLE Airport, dining, and major Highways
-This cozy home is ideal for business travelers, flight crews, or visiting family, with easy highway access, nearby shops, and local dining
-A peaceful, residential setting. Perfect for short or extended stays.

The nightly rate is based on two guests. We have an extra guest fee of $20 per guest after two.
$95 pet fee per stay.

Check in was simple and the house was clean but there was a strong smell of smoke when we walked into the house. Was a little better once we got the air conditioner on but it still lingered. Also, the two bedrooms were supposed to have queen size beds according to the website listing but they were double beds. We were only there really to sleep so the house and stay was ok for that.

Not as Expected

When we first arrived the gras was more then 8 inches high, shrubs blocked some of the door way, what we found was a place in need of attention. Many things needed fixing and replacement. Owner did tell us after we were there that a party had taken place previously. It was not ready to be rented again without repair. Disappointed.

Good stay for the price

Overall, was a good stay for what I paid. House was not the cleanest, still some minor trash under the bed, and spiders in many corners of all the rooms. Garage door was inoperable. Reached out to the host, with pictures, and didn't get any response. Overall a decent experience, worked for what I needed.

The house was pretty but it looked like the host did a bare minimum cleaning after the other guests left. The floors were very visibly dirty the toilets and showers were not fully cleaned.

Great location.

We were mistakenly using the wrong door code. The property manager arrived promptly and was very polite. The house had everything we needed for our fishing trip on Lake Erie. Quiet neighborhood with anything you need right down the road.

Not as it appears in pictures!

Do not stay here! The pictures online make this house look pristine. It is dirty! The floors were so dirty my daughters socks we black on the bottom & all the property manager wanted to know is if we had pictures of them. We did have pictures of the one & only dirty/moldy smoke detector, the broken dryer door, the broken dining room chair, the disgusting shower. We had to wash the pans & dishes before using because they had food bits still on them. They definitely don’t have this property professionally cleaned & they never offered any compensation. This was our first time using VRBO & probably our last!

Surprisingly quiet neighborhood.

Very nice place for the price. Good communication with management. Nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Very nice smart TV. Highly recommend this property if you are interested in staying on the west side of Cleveland. Close to everything.

This place was pretty OK. The beds were a bit cheap and rickety, a lot of things seemed not in great shape, but it was fine for what we needed it for. Host never replied to our messages in the VRBO app until after our stay.

No towels and not professionally cleaned

We arrived only to find out the floors were dirty and there were no towels or cleaning supplies of any kind except for hand soap. We asked the owner for some towels and there was no response. We are still waiting. We had to buy cleaner as the place was dirty. The master bathroom toilet did not flush at first but we were able to get it working if we ran the sink water for a while first. Again, asked the owner for some help without response. The beds were comfortable and the tv was great.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE

I booked this house and when we arrive the home was in complete disarray. There were bags of trash in kitchen and dining room. Liquor bottles on the counter dirty clothes on the couch. The rooms were filthy and stuff all over the place. Tried to contact the owner by text, chat and phone to no avail. I needed up have to stay in a hotel. VRBO was helping and has great customer service, however, the owner seems to be nonexistent

AWESOME HOST!!

Great communication and suggestions on what to do in the area! The place was super clean, and it looks exactly like the pictures. It included everything that description states, and more. We were very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Very close to the airport, and also to the freeway right to downtown which was convenient. Definitely booking again on our next visit :)
