Our host responded quickly to questions and accommodated our request to stay an extra night. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near all sorts of dining and retail outlets. This place is absolutely awesome. Very nice clean house close to everything! We ended up arriving early and the owner let us check in. This place is perfect for a family. My boys didn’t want to leave the house. Our next visit to Ohio we plan to book this house!!!!

Was nice to be home

Returned home for the holidays and were very pleased with our choice. Very charming, very clean home with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The location was perfect and we had no issues whatsoever.. Would love to stay there again if the opportunity presents itself. A all around!

Updated and comfy

I stayed here for a weekend with my 82 year old mother. Having one level and an open floor plan made it easy for her to get around. The furniture was comfortable and the finishes were modern and updated. Everything was very clean. There is a nice patio area out back and plenty of off road parking. I would definitely recommend booking your next visit here!

Very nice!

The house is very nice with easy access to many locations in mentor. The house was very clean and had an abundance of towels. The owner reached out right away after I booked, and was kind as well considerate. I would recommend this as a perfect central location for spending time in Mentor or Mentor-on-the lake. We stayed for two nights, and were very impressed with our stay. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and we all slept great, there were tons of towels provided, everything was exceptionally clean, and it was spacious and perfect for what we needed.

WOW... Outstanding!

The house was awesome. Matt (host) actually took the time to hear "my families" wants and needs. This was my first experience and we're already looking forward to booking again real soon. Mentor

Our family had a great stay at this new rental. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing just like being at home. Everything was easy to use and the directions left on the coffee table were very helpful. Loved that the back yard was fenced in for privacy and for little ones. Also it was only about a 10 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Even had a grocery store right down the road.

Wonderful Stay!

The house was perfect for my family for our trip out to Cleveland, Ohio. The house was super clean with all new appliances and had everything you could possibly need. Conveniently located to stores and the highway and the driveway was big enough for two cars. Despite being completely remodeled the house had such a cozy feel to it. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested!
