Great Location

Perfect location for our family of 6 and pet friendly! After our first listing fell through we were so thankful to find this property. It was a great location and walking distance to the Huntington Convention Center where we had our daughters cheer competition. The property manager/host responded to all our concerns super fast; great communication! We parked in the Tower City parking garage which we were advised is the closest. You have to walk through the mall to the front to get to the apartment elevators. That was quite a treck will everything that we needed to carry and security said there are no carts available. I would advise if you have a lot to carry to bring a wagon/cart. We ended up going to the dollar store in the mall and purchased a cheap 20 cart to help haul things down and that made it so much easier! The apartment itself was nice, minimal pots/pans/dishes not enough for all 6 of us but I always bring paper plates/cups so not an issue for us. The couches in the livingroom area pull out to convert to a bed however one of the couches were broke, but my 9 year old was small enough to just sleep on the couch so it was not an issue. No linens for the couches, but there was pillows and a blanket in the storage of the couch for use. We did have to request more towels (set of 4 available, but needed 6) and I'm sure if we would have asked they would have brought linens as well. Again great communication with the host, always received a response promptly.

Family fun

Property is in a great location! Nice apartment and host responded quickly. Some of the accommodations need upgraded and I don’t think its description that it sleeps 7 is really accurate as a result. More supplies could be available in the apartment and that was included in my review to the host.
