OWNER CANCELED DIDN'T STAY

RESERVATION WAS CANCELED WHEN I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CHECKING IN. OWNER SAID VRBO SHOULD NOT HAVE LISTED AS AVAILABLE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HAVING TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE LAST MINUTE AND THE PROCESS TO GET MY FULL REFUND FROM VRBO.

House was unsanitary to stay and No Refund!

The property was filty. No cleaning had been done, there was literally clothes and bugs everywhere. Just pulling back the bed sheets, 2 things. 1 there was hair and junk all over the foam block, and 2 thats all there was to the bed. A foam block with sheets over it. Ashes everywhere, bugs everywhere, crumbs everywhere. We walked in and left. The neighborhood was already very sketchy, the house didn't have the numbers up, so we had to have the host come down and show us which building it was. It didn't help the address in the app isn't working so we had to drive around a sketch neighborhood looking very sketch. Worst part, we walked in and walked out. Our bad for forgetting to take pictures, but we instantly messaged the host about how we would not be staying and that we would like a refund. Called VRBO to challenge it. Nothing. The VRBO support even said that after calling the host we'd get an email telling us what was gonna happen. Nope, just an email closing the support ticket made. 100% Do not use VRBO, and if you do make sure to watch your own back. Pictures, insurance, and anything else you can. Becasue VRBO will do nothing to help you if you get scammed.

Don’t recommend!

* broken bed * bed sheets & pillows were dirty & stained * broken toilet seat * used panties under the sink * bathroom sink had no cold water * both ps5 controllers were not useable, had to bring our own * neighbor who i wasn’t aware of, that resides upstairs, was loud at 7am & blocked us in the driveway
