"9/10. We are a family of four and stayed in the Resolution Room. It was exceptionally clean and very spacious, with two bedrooms and a huge bathroom. A small continental breakfast is provided in the room, including a pastry, cookies, yogurt, a selection of cereals, apples, juice, and milk. "Me and my partner stayed over in the Leven for just one night and were amazed by how gorgeous the room was. It was spotless, the bathroom was spacious and had both a bath and a shower and there was a kettle to make tea or coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable and it was an overall lovely experience. "Ben, Jackie and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Nice outdoor areas and good food. The hotel is conveniently located for a day at Redcar races. The parking was good as the car park is huge. The shower was somewhat disappointing as it was merely more than a trickle. Overall, a great weekend with family and friends, we booked 7 rooms."
