"I was over charged from the price I was quoted. Our room had no remote for the tv. I called for one at night. Never brought me one. Called again the next morning, didn’t bring one. I had to go down to the desk and ask again. The wooden furniture was rather worn. The woman at the desk was rather rude ..."

"The room was lovely and it was so nice to have a full restaurant in the hotel, after a long day having to find somewhere to get dinner in the last thing on my mind.
