"This was our first stay at Go2 Portishead. We were welcomed by a nice receptionist. The room was clean with everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. The parking was convenient and nearby. We would recommend the hotel and hope to stay there again."

"An extremely quick and friendly welcome and check in, especially as we arrived around 10:30pm after a busy day out and about. Room was large and welcoming, nicely decorated and with three large opening windows for us to control air to the room and a required temperature. Breakfast was self serve and there was a good enough choice and it was a great start / set up for the day. "Good quiet location. Plenty of car parking spaces Spacious room with all amenities. Only thing missing was a tray for the complimentary teas in the room to protect the side. Large well planned seating area in adjacent pub with cheap value food and drinks. Pleasant, helpful staff just not many of them. Would definitely use again!"

"The room was very difficult to find. The floors of the hotel were like a maze. You had to go to the second floor to come back up the corridor to get to the first floor. We got lost and took us a while to find the room. The receptionist did say it was confusing to find, so they are aware of it, would be helpful if they had someone to take you to your room as its not straight forward. We had room service which was very fast and efficient (we collected it from the bar to save the £5 charge). Food was good. Beds were comfortable. We had everything we need for an overnight stay. "

"Lovely 2 night stay. Super Comfy bed which is a plus for those with a bad back or hip..slept so well. Spacious room even though we booked the smallest category. Wonderful rain shower. L'Occitane branded hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Quiet air con so was able to keep on all night without it being noisy. Window opens ever so slightly so lovely breeze comes in. We were there when the weather was +30 degrees celcuis. Great views of the Gorge and Clifton Bridge from the bar /pub...

"Convenient location off the motorway. Plenty of parking. Friendly check-in. Room was spacious, clean with large bed and well fitted bathroom with a decent shower. Good facilities in the room such as hair straightener and hair dryer but no kettle. Hot/ cold water is available at a tap in the corridor so be prepared to take your teapot to get water for a brew. Food is served at the adjoining 'diner' which was always busy. Not great options for vegetarians (a plant burger) but breakfast went did...

"Ok clean and location was good . I stayed in a ground floor room facing the gravelled car park . The heat wave meant I needed to open the windows. Cars parked right outside my window was not great sadly. Very hot conditions. Couldn’t open curtains in the morning to get dressed due to lack of privacy . People leaving and arriving in the car park."
