"We had a lovely stay at the property, it was extremely clean and the pool was great fun (and spa of course). We had a few issues due to the weather but they were resolved extremely quickly so did not spoil our stay, no fault of the villa simply the Florida inclement weather. Will certainly be returning when we come back to Florida "

"Place was fantastic. It exceeded our expectations in every area. Host was a pleasure to deal with, extremely fast with responses. This made the check-in process as easy as possible. The townhome was extremely clean, including all 3 bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living room and pool area. This will put even the highest rated hotel to shame. We were sad to leave and look forward to returning."

"Enjoyed a few days to relax, swim, play games and hang out with family. Clean well stocked home with all the little things to add comfort. Kid and pet friendly. Great location for walking and nice facilities in neighborhood. Wonderful host with great communications. Beautiful home!"

Its the first time I tried staying at a residence instead of a nice hotel, and I was very pleased. There were easy directions to follow when checking out. I would definitely stay here again. "

It is certainly beneficial to not have houses behind the property.However 2 of the 4 nights we had neighbors out by their pool which is maybe 30 feet from the house in which we were staying and they had a large speaker and microphone which was turned up high. The first night at 1:15am we asked them to lower the music which did not happen. The second night we called the...

"Great place to stay, all on small level, 4 bedrooms with lots of room. For future could use a grab bar in shower and needs a rail at pool steps for easier in and out for young and elderly. Would stay again."
