3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home very close to Clemson University (2 miles). Residential area. Ideal for proximity to the greater Clemson area, sporting events and 30 miles from Greenville. SC. Stay for a while or stay for a night. New granite countertops and backsplash in kitchen, plenty of space to unwind and all new mattresses on beds and new couch (May 2022). Washer and Dryer. Fire pit and dining area in backyard. Covered Parking for 1 Vehicle. Driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Fenced in back yard with firepit. Short walk away from Lake Hartwell…and so many other amazing spots in the Clemson area!

Great newly renovated house.

This is a great cozy little place to stay. It felt clean and newly renovated. Close enough to the stadium to walk although it was quite the hike. But doable. Communication with the property owner was great when we had questions!

Great for Clemson game

This was a great place for our family—a short walk to the stadium and out of the game day traffic, lots of snacks, etc. We had an issue with the heat the first night and it was fixed with half an hour of notifying them of the issue. It was great service.

ND-Clemson football weekend

Good location within walking distance to Memorial Stadium. Fully stocked kitchen and snacks were a plus. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Fire pit and market lights were a nice addition. Only negative: there is a lot of construction being done across the street that went late into Friday and Saturday evenings. All else good.

Great Host

Had a really nice stay at this home. Kristen was awesome, allowed us access to property hours ahead of time without even asking. Cute place and lots of snacks and refreshments provided by Kristen. Only bummer was no soap and shampoo in showers but seeing the way Kristen is I’m sure that will be rectified shortly.. very quick drive to Clemson from here could even walk it if in a pinch. Look forward to future stays here. Thank you Kristen.

Great Place to Stay for Clemson Games

The entire house was adorable and well-stocked with goodies! We've never stayed at a place that was stocked with sodas, waters, coffee, chocolate, anything everybody wanted/needed. The Host was also so accommodating with early check-in!

Fabulous place in Clemson!

This was the perfect place for our family! My daughter just moved in to Clemson University, and we wanted to stay and enjoy the area while she got settled in to her dorm. Not only was the entire house adorably decorated and clean, but the internet worked great for all of our devices! We had plenty of space and enjoyed the backyard games too! The A/C worked great, there were drinks and snacks out for us, and a full coffee station! Fantastic! I hope to stay here again soon when we visit our daughter!
