"Arriving to the room there was hair in the beds and then tiny roaches crawling in the room. We let the staff know and they moved us to another room. That room also had small roaches it was a horrible experience . It seems like the hotel is infested . I am requesting my money back I tried to talk to the manager about the issue but he didn’t seem to care all he offered was a free soda"

Only fault was a homeless man harassing us as we parked up to get our cases out of the car and then followed us into the hotel. But was escorted back out by staff, which I appreciate there’s very little the staff could have done about this."

"Everything was wonderful. The staff was incedibile. David the bartender was on point. Jennifer in reception was perfect. Clean and well managed. Only complaint was the shower head in our room was a trickle. But was quiet. Never complained so not their fault for not fixing. A bit pricy but also know that they go io when TCU is in town for situations. Roof top bar and pool great. Gym mediocre at best."
