Cozy 4BR Home – Two Living Spaces & Great Access

Easy access to SLC, Ogden, ski resorts & FrontRunner! Perfect home base for families, friends, or travelers. 4BR/2BA with two stocked kitchens and cozy spaces to gather. Separate entrance and living areas offer comfort and privacy.

Unwind by the propane fire pit after exploring and enjoy in-home laundry. Thoughtfully designed for connection and comfort, this space has everything you’ll need. Sleeps up to 10 with 3 queen beds, bunk bed & a pull-out sofa. Parking: Parking is free, and guests are welcome to use the driveway. There are also two additional spaces available on the street in front of the home. If it snows, please try to keep vehicles in the driveway so the street can be plowed. ❄️

• Thermostat: Feel free to adjust the thermostat to your comfort. It’s located near the closet in the living room.
•There is a full size air mattress and bedding in the closet near the front door, if needed.

•The brown couch downstairs pulls out into a full bed. Bedding is located in the gray cabinet near the couch.
• Entrances: Both levels of the home have their own exterior entrance for added privacy and flexibility.

• Neighborhood: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask that guests keep noise levels down during the evenings.
•The downstairs bathroom and one bedroom doorway have a lower ceiling height. It’s never been an issue for us or past guests, but we want to be upfront so you know what to expect. If you’re tall, just a little mindful ducking might be needed! Thanks for understanding.

• Pets: 🐾 Pets are welcome with prior notice. The fully fenced backyard makes it easy for them to enjoy the space too!
