"Really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was perfect. Just the right size for us. Loved the front porch, enjoyed relaxing in the hammock in the back yard. The hot tub was perfect after a day of biking on the C&O Canal Trail."

"Very clean property and although pet friendly, the dog hair was minimal. Comments regarding low ceilings are accurate but not a big deal even at my 6'3" height. Very quiet to the point I took advantage of the white noise maker in the bedroom. Great interior and shower. This owner cares about the stay of their customers!"

"The cottage was clean and efficient. The patio area with hottub was a plus. Though not fancy, it was comfortable. We liked that it was about halfway between Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park."

"The setting is peaceful and beautiful. The property has a rich history. The house has a lot of quirky character and exploring it is a trip within itself. We have stayed in several places in WV but this one is currently our favorite."

"We had such a wonderful time at this gorgeous house! It was clean, comfortable, spacious and very relaxing. Our group had kids and adults of all ages and everyone had a fantastic time. The brewery next door is an added bonus, and we didn’t have any issues with noise or crowds. We will definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely Great stay. The host was outstanding and responded to us very quickly with all our questions. The history and the view are outstanding. We went fishing and walked on the Forge all the way across right at our front door. One of the best places I ever stayed. Must visit Downtown Shepherdtown and Hapers Ferry. Sooo much history . Also must eat at Rock Hill Creamery absolutely the best ice cream Ive ever had."

"A really nice two day getaway. The Appalachian Trail is easily accessed from the top of Rocky Spring Rd. Directions were excellent; cabin was cleaned and everything well labeled for visitors. "

"Incredibly charming home in the perfect location. Me, my husband, and small dog spent hours on the deck, people watching, admiring the butterflies and the scenery, and drinking local wine from the cute store across the street. Just a minute's walk to restaurants and a cafe, with an amazing ice cream shop down the steps. The house was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend. "

And more importantly, everything was clearly labeled and laid out for us: WiFi and TV instructions were clear, all cabinets were labeled for ease of access, and all amenities were placed within line of site.The furniture and beds were all of consistently high quality, and the property was very clean without cleaning sterile.We can't wait to book at this location again soon! "This has to be the nicest place my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of staying. It's apparent that the owners go to the utmost of care to keep everything pristine and comfortable. The photos online are beautiful, but this place is even better in person than we could have imagined and check-in and check-out were absolutely painless. "We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is perfect for exploring Harpers Ferry, within walking distance to everything. The cottage is well equipped, clean and cozy, perfect for a couples get away, would book again if returning to HF. The owner was very communicated, had well organized info for the stay and was easy to work with"
