"The staff was friendly and helpful. The building was secure. The room was clean. There was lots of parking. The free wi-fi was too slow to do anything. The kitchen did not come with much to cook with. There was one chair in the room."

"I admit that I misread the option because I thought I got a 2 bed room. However, the room had to be changed because there's no elevators. I couldn't do steps. When we walked into the room the thermostat was set at 80° and took quite awhile to cool down. Also, I didn't know prior to check-in that there would be $100 security deposit. Should be posted or stated when making the reservation."

"This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

"It was private and quiet except for the subway going by outside. Since there is no front desk you get the entrance codes from an off site office. It took an hour of back and forth to get the codes. They kept sending dead links. The same at checkout. The floors needed cleaning. The bed was supposed to be a queen, it wasn’t. Or if it was it was the smallest queen ever.
