"The place is practically new, inside and out. The kitchen is well furnished with all the cookwear, pots and pans, dishes and silverware anyone could possibly want or need, Parking is available for a truck and a boat, in fact there’s room for two such rigs in the driveway. Kevin is a gracious host and was over quickly to help get the TV working (we’re technically challenged). We’ll be back!!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay in Kathy's cottage. The location was perfect, we could see the river right from the yard, and the property is within easy walking distance to restaurants, the shops, the riverside parks and the boat museum. The property is clean and nicely appointed. The furnishings were charming and we enjoyed the porch with the umbrella table. The kitchen is stocked with the necessary utensils, dishes and pots. "This is an excellent property. I would highly recommend it! You have a beautiful view of the river. It was spotless and the furnishings, quilts on beds, books, fully furnished kitchen and appliances were all clean. The location is close to Tibbett's Lighthouse and a short drive into Cape Vincent. Parking was plentiful. My only recommendation would be to remove the room deodorizer. Otherwise, it was perfect!! "
