"Our family trip to Cabin in the Blue Ridge was perfect. The cabin was large enough to accommodate our group, with beds to spare. The kitchen had everything we needed, even large pots and pans, plenty of baking sheets, 2 coffee pots, and two ovens, plus there's a huge table for meals, and board games. There are bathrooms on each of the three floors, which is nice when you have a group. There was plenty of seating on the porches and the views from every side were just stunning. We could see...

"Cabin was located in the perfect quiet serene area. View was great, loved watching the horses & the road was exactly where we wanted to be on. The Host was great!"

"Beautiful, peaceful vacation house. Roomy enough to have your own space. Deck is perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning, beverages at night and the verdant countryside vistas. "

"We were celebrating our daughter’s 18th birthday with her friends and she is hitting the Appalachian Trail next year so she wanted to attend Trail Days. This cabin was a perfect place for both celebrating and getting much needed rest after a long day. My only suggestion is that you upgrade your pics because they do not do the cabin’s beauty justice. You should advertise that there are two refrigerators in the kitchen. We loved that, but we all brought large coolers for beverages and they weren’t needed. 3. Problem in the upstairs bathroom, the sink did not drain properly. May want to look at that immediately. 4. Those who used that upstairs bath suggested...

"This was the perfect location for our family as we celebrated a wedding. We had pictures taken on the property in the back yard. Just a wonderful weekend at this lovely home. "

"We stayed 2 nights in the carriage house at the Litz mansion. Immaculate- great steam shower, comfortable bed and pillows/ Everything you could want or need! Considering places to stay in the area, the Litz house and the especially the carriage house are way better than the other options."

"Great place to stay - very very vlean"

"My wife and I really enjoyed the stay. It's close to downtown Tazewell, but far enough out of town that you feel like you're out in the mountains far from civilization. It's a quaint, new-ish wooden cabin with everything we needed for a couple days away. There's no TV, but honestly we didn't miss it, and it was nice to not mindlessly flip on the screen during downtime. I'd go back again for sure when traveling that way."

"We loved visiting Tazwell this weekend. This carriage house is conveniently near food, coffee and everything else. The Grounds were beautiful with many wildlife sittings. My wife enjoyed all the deer visitors. We would definitely stay again."

"We loved it. It was the second time at the tail of the dragon. Great system, very updated, and comfortable bed. The exit light was too bright but don’t know if that’s a Va codes issue. We will be back in the fall. "
