"The check in process was easy, I had email trouble and called the property and they helped me out immediately. The AC was nice and cold and the room was perfect with a great walkable location to historic sites and our concert venue at Union Transfer. Great stay!"

"The check-in process is a major hassle to be honest. Too many protocols, uploading your ID, etc. etc. it’s pretty tedious. They also don’t provide a complementary late checkout even though the state is about a quarter of 1000 at least they are very strict about the checkout time as well and you have to pay an extra $64 just to stay an hour more. "Avoid this hotel at all costs. It is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The beds look like they belong in an abandoned hospital, and the towels are old and worn out. The soap dispenser was completely empty and covered in orange mold. The hotel also feels extremely unsafe. Anyone can walk into the building, and there is rarely anyone at the front desk. "DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well.
