"This property is a wonderful place to stay. Fantastic location in Lyme with off street parking which is like hens teeth in the area. The property is well appointed and incredibly comfortable. Communication was excellent and would highly recommend for a break of any length"

"The house is in a perfect spot for walking into Sidmouth or through the beautiful Byes. Well equipped with very comfy bed although sofas could do with an upgrade. Only downside is parking can be tricky but we would stay here again when coming to Sidmouth."

"Arrivée par un petit chemin bordé de haies, descendant vers un vallon où l'on découvre au fur et à mesure tous les animaux qu'une ferme peut accueillir : truies, bovins, chevaux, agneaux et basses cours. L'environnement est très pentu et ne laisse pas beaucoup d'espace pour se déplacer sans effort. Le fermier est très accueillant et prompte à rendre service. Le descriptif correspond au cottage. "

"Lovely cottage, good location. Really well equipped and comfortable. Couple of lovely winter nights in, playing games and watching movies. We went to Sidmouth, walk on the beach at Dawlish. Bowling in Exmouth on a rainy day, arcade at Paignton and a lovely day in Lyme Regis on the beach. Would also recommend ice-rink at West point if you're staying in December/ early Jan, kids loved it (15 and 11 yo). Would definitely recommend. Friendly emails and communication from the hosts. Great stay "

"Lovely chalet and facilities. Only 2 problems noted. The grass around the chalet needed cutting. We reported a fault with the toilet continuously the house keeper’s husband came out but was unable to fix it. We had to switch of the water to the boiler on the night time as it disturbed our sleep. besides these 2 issues our stay was very enjoyable and would definitely stay there again. "
