"This place has no one to greet you when you walk in. You have to talk to a computer. First key they gave me did not work. Had to get another one made gave me a different room. So we go into 203 and there’s a hot tub in the room. Well we look at the mattress it’s very stained and dirty. Pillows had stains all over them with black hair all in every pillow case Very outdated. Just overall horrible horrible experience "

"My stay at the Terre Haute resort casino hotel was stress free. I had no problems with the room, the mattress, Wi-Fi on any of my devices, or any concerns for my safety. I checked in on my Expedia app, prepaid, and was greeted by the friendly staff upon arrival. As I stated this visit was completely stress free no complaints. The room was clean comfortable, the amenities were upscale and this is was one time I hated to leave. "

"Room was great and very nice. The exercise room is sparse and had not been stocked with anything like water or towels to wipe down equipment. The food was just passable and no salsa for the eggs. Coffee might be the worst hotel coffee. Wash those pots!"

Photos are different than what was given to me! Water in the shower goes to hot to frezzing cold in and out. Not with the price. Staff was strange…"
