The space
Indulge in unparalleled comfort in each bedroom, where a Queen bed, Smart TV, and Ceiling Fan await. Enjoy the luxury of a private full bathroom in each bedroom. The main floor features a convenient half bath. The living room is a sanctuary with a 65" TV equipped with ROKU, accompanied by high-speed internet for your entertainment needs. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, offering a Keurig, coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, and a dishwasher. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer. Outside, experience ultimate relaxation on the semi-private full patio, complete with stylish patio furniture. Your retreat awaits!

Guest access
We've arranged for your convenience 24-hour access to the house using a personal access/group code. This access is available from your check-in time starting at 4:00 pm until your check-out time at 10:00 am.

If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, we'll do our best to fulfill these requests, please be aware that availability may be limited based on the check-in or check-out schedules of our future or current guests. Also there is a $25 fee associated with each.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have outdoor cameras that record throughout all reservations. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to ensure your stay is secure and enjoyable.

Other things to note
Please be aware of the following fees to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:
1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $10 per night for each guest beyond 4.
2. Pet Fee: For your furry friends, our pet fee is based on the number of nights and pets. We charge $25 per night for the first pet, up to a maximum of $250 per month. Each additional pet incurs a fee of $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 each. Please limit the number of pets to a maximum of two (2).

Nice place but poor communication

The place is very nice. It's quiet, clean, and comfortable.My only issue is the poor communication and inflexibility of the hosts.My brother and his girlfriend drove 4-1/2 hours and were expected to arrive at the rental an hour before check-in.I was getting ready to board my flight and asked about receiving the access code since my brother would be arriving while we were in flight. I received a flat response of "The code will be sent at 3:00PM".After my flight, I received a text around 3:00PM with the code as they stated. I also received a text from my brother that he was almost at the rental. So I responded to the host and asked if my brother could enter the rental before the 4:00PM check-in time. I didn't receive a response. In fact I never received a response to my question.The next message I received from the host was about checkout the next day. No mention of my previous message.

The property is exactly what you see online. Location was perfect!! Centrally located to everything you may need or want. The neighborhood was very quiet. As a Clarksville native returning home for a celebration, this property felt like home. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Awesome location

This location is close to everything in Clarksville. The place was clean and had everything needed for an awesome time. We had hoped to get in early, but had issues communicating with the host. That might have been on me since we are new to VRBO. I tried responding to the email they sent and the host didn’t receive it. I found out much later you could send messages through VRBO. Once I got in touch with the host, he was very helpful and gave me a number to reach him. Awesome coffee shop and Bundt store at the corner and we saw a deer on the hill behind the townhouse. We had a great time and will try to stay there again when we return.

Excellent place to stay

We booked this place to stay for a few nights two to a family graduation in the area. Has all the fields of home very clean, and property management team was great! Highly recommend. Pictures are exact for what you are going to receive, and then some..
