"Very disappointed in the stay.upon arrival I stood in the lobby 10 minutes waiting for someone to come check me in or atleast acknowledge that a customer was there. Get room key and everything is down hill from there. Room was dirty and had a musty odor. Was supposed to be a none smoking room, but had cigarette burns on the bedding.
